server applet and calling function ?

Post by prot88 »

Newbie user of Ultra VNC, I'm looking for a way to controls distant PC without firewall, ip or else settings.

PC anywhere has a "calling" function not found in Ultra VNC.

This function allow a distant PC to call a "teacher" for a desktop control So, distant PC IP address is known, and the firewall let the outgoing TCP stream on port 5900.

My idea: an ultravnc server applet or else to be downloaded on an specific url which ask the user to call a viewer IP.

Avoid firewall settings and fastidious installation for non-informaticians.

Is it already possible ?

THANKS!
