Hi,
I find your product fantastic! Now it's possible to provide remote access to friends, realatives and anybodyelse but the problem is usually they aren't able to configure a firewall or router to get your help... I know there is a freeware program more powerful than NAT TO NAT that is already able to bypass firewall or router... Echo Vnc ....So is it possible to add it in Sc...? Is it possible to get better single click adding the connection settings: lower color, high compression in order to work with slow connection...(in internet sometimes when the connection between to pcs in very slow is impossible working and providing support), or in wich you get already your wan ip (so the user should only tell you his remote address and click to accecpt the connection...
Thanks for your attention.

Sc with wan ip and with echovnc support!
Phil:
Sorry for the very late reply: the single-click version of EchoVNC is called EchoWinVNC; they're both part of the Remote Support System you can find here.
Hope that helps!
