Right now I use...

in my helpdesk.txt file... Is there anyone that could please help me make a modified version of remote.exe?
Heres what I would like it to do:
1. Customer clicks on remote.exe from an email or a web page
2. Have remote.exe check the [hosts] part inside of helpdesk.txt, if there is ONLY one entry in there... why ask the person to doubleclick the link?!?
instead, have it automatically connect to the VNC server. However if there is two or more [host] entries, display it as it currently is.
This would help...
I heard someone else in another thread talking about making the hosts part command line driven.. This would be even better. And have an -autoconnect switch!!!
Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Well.. the direct option worked however it doesnt quite fit my requirements.
I need the .exe that the client downloads to be as small as humanly possible and to auto connect without displaying that splash screen.
The driect option is somewhat in the right direction but not exactly. Can anyone describe to me how I can achieve this?
1. No splash screen..therefore no need to have logo.bmp embedded.
2. Auto connects to viewer with NO 2 second lag time.
3. Set it so that it will by default broadcast in greyscale or whatever would be fastest over a 56k modem. Please change it so that the default screen mode isnt 32kbit color..as then this app only becomes useable over a cable modem connection
