well a user gepeto came up with a way

I am looking for alot of input on this one. The MSI customization is the ultimate for a lot of IT admins out there.

Post all of your feedback under the doc. disscussion thread if you could so I can write a document on how to do this...

I should package it with Wix, so you'd just have to dump your .reg in there and run a batch file it seems..

You do not use encryption in your msi files.. Right now I am really swamped in my business and havent had alot of time to research wix.. I just gave a user an option..

I was looking at this but this editor is too basic compared to the uvnc settings. You do not get the option to change port and it uses a default 5900, if you want a basic msi and settings this is the program but anything else you are stuck
