SC ViewOnly option? Disable Remote control just view R-user
I was wondering if there was a way to allow the remote user view-only options. I would like to use this for support but we need to limit our employees to view only and not to have mouse and keyboard control so the employee can teach/instruct/train our customers online. I have tested some of the swithes with no success (-readonly).
