Check if a client is connected (using vb6)

Is there a way, using vb6, to ask to an instance of winvnc (running in user mode) if a viewer is connected ?
Thanks in advance (and I apologize for my poor english)

I'd like to be able to do this as well, but to my knowledge there is no way. Unless you can monitor the port being used by winvnc to see if there is traffic.
