Has anyone had trouble with IP conflicts? I use UVNC SC to support remote employees, and this support often involves assisting them in configuring a VPN client, or accessing network resources over the VPN. My routers are correctly forwarded to hit 4 different support (viewing) PCs, and the inside of my network runs on 192.168.1.x.
If users also have their home network on 192.168.1.x, and are connected to the VPN, when they run the UVNC SC executable and the helpdesk.txt directs them to a PC on the network in the 192.168.1.x range, there is no connection. I understand that this happens because the host PC is looking for my PC within it's own subnet. Most recently I had to walk a user through changing his IP scheme to 192.168.14.x before he could see my PC.
It isn't feasable to change my company's IP scheme. Does anyone know of an elegant way around this conflict? Is there any kind of software that allows the viewing PC to "fake" an IP address unrelated to anything on the network and then translate it to the PC's actual address?
Or am I missing something easy?

IP conflicts
IP conflicts
Just to clarify, I realize that the helpdesk.txt file calls to a public IP address, and the subnet conflicts need to br managed at a routing level.
Any help is appreciated.

That is how I connect to my Single Click clients to my viewer.
You shoudnt be having a problem with ports but I see that you connect via a VPN.
One thought is to setup the repeater and use the msrc4 plugin no reg. You can port forward of a wan ip. You can use the 128bit encryption and create your own key.
