I have been searching for over 4 hours.

Follow the create instructions on the pages.
You upload your custom file and download the customized sc exe.
The exe you download is an archieve that include winvncsc.exe.
You can extract the winvncsc.exe with 7zip from the archive.
The standalone file does not do a lot, it need to other files from
the archieve to work.
For testing, you can extract the archive to folder and make the needed
changes to the config files.
