VNC Connects via VPN Client...but no window appears

Post by jbushkill »

Hello,
I have Ultra VNC both at work (Win 2000 Professional) and at home (Win 2000 5.00.2195 SP4). I use VPN Client to connect to work, I fire off Ultra VNC and press connect. I get the login window, enter my work userid and password and then nothing happens. No error message, no viewer. I've searched but can't find this problem...can anyone help?
Thanks.

It's not a VPN tunnel from his description and neither is mine. Mine's having same issue but just a firewall/router that is forwarding ports.

Well this question is labeled VPN not a router configuration issue :D
