If you are referring repeater 1.0.4 then

As long as you are using windows 2000 or above

start ---> Run "cmd"

cd c:\Program Files\UltraVNC\

repeater.exe -install
to uninstall it repeater.exe -uninstall

Or the path to which you installed your repeater

If it is an older version the name may have changed on the exe file
