Howto - UltraVNC for support via Internet ???

Hello,

we have a fixed IP and firewall in our main facility. My idea is to install an server in our Internet-DMZ, which enables users worldwide with internet-access to ask for help whithout touching their firewall/proxy.
If they require help they make a phonecall and open the connection by themselves letting the supporter access their computer via UVNC.

I know commercial products like gotomypc or netview and want to have nearly the same possibilities.
The Single click solution isn't the right one for me, because I need a fixed port forwarded to the supporter. I want a more universal solution.

Do you have any hints or links for me ?

A repeater in DMZ (in mode 2) and SingleClick for the clients.

you need to replace winvnc SC I come from this script above with this SC III more universal

and viewer need the special vncviewer_ssl
