TThe current winvnc.exe supports the -connect command line parameter for adding new remote client.
It would be a big help if it can also support the -id parameter for repetaer ID code, the same way how it can be done for SingleClick configuration.
The reason for this request is very simple:
If you support your users and they already have the UltraVnc installed on their computers, you would't need the SC to allow them to get support in "behind-firewall" environment".
Instead of using SC they would just run simple batch file like:
winvnc.exe -connect repeaterhost:port -id repeaterIDcode
If it works this way, then i can simply prepare couple of links (icons) to my users desktops saying: Support by Technician1, Support by Technician2 etc... and the only thing they have to do is to doubleclick selected support technician.
Thanks

That is amazing...
That is exactly what I need...
Please tell me when we can expect the next official release.
Can I download a beta version with this update?

I totally agree this feature about password request but without indicating the "password field code", why? plain password absolute not secure !winvnc -autoreconnect ID:1234 -connect 192.168.1.101::5500 -password foobar
-password would be enough to request password vnc authentication or require MS-Logon for safe for classic winvnc and great.
That really amazing safe but not possible without =>RFB 3.8 (now RFB 3.3 for UltraVNC based) give you back return error or request dialog from server <--> viewer
reason, some feature fail (ignored) like viewer -autoreconnect or winvnc -autoreconnect

Yes that's right...
It would be much more secure if you can add the password switch to the winvnc reverse connect.
winvnc -autoreconnect ID:1234 -connect 192.168.1.101::5500 -password
and the password would simply check for the VNC password or the Windows Admin password.
Can you please add this feature to winvnc.
Thank you so much!!!
