"View Only" password?

Post by LuckMan212 »

In other implementations of VNC (tightvnc, etc) there is a separate "view only" password. I find this very useful but it does not appear that UltraVNC supports this?

is this feature "hidden" or only available by registry setting?
thanks

You can setup view only accounts by using the mslogon feature.
This space not for rent.

actuall I got around to trying this, and while the authentication part works, the "view only" (group 3) that I set up is not view only at all-- it seems to have full access! :|

is this a bug or is there some other setting I need to set?
