MS LOG IN windows profiles

Hello:
I setup VNC using MS Login works fine. When I Log in it shows me the desktop. Great so far. However when I click on a different profile then what is already logged in the screen blips then disappers?? When I log into the same profile some one else is logged in it works fine??? Any ideas ??

I don't understand the description.
What do you mean with different profile?
What is "logging in" in this case: Windows login or remote control login?

What I am trying to do is have different people log in a remote desktop and chose which profile (user) to log in with. then they can work on thier program. I have fast switch turn on in windows

Search the forum for FUS (Fast User Switch).
I think it's not possible via VNC.
