Dear friends,
I have installed VNC Server in a manchine with Windows XP. E VNC Viewer in another machine on LAN. VNC it's works!
My gateway internet is 192.168.254.254 (DSL with dynamic IP on modem/router) and other clients IP are 192.168.254.1, 192.168.254.x, ...
VNC works fine on LAN, but how do I do to get remote access???
VNC access 192.168.254.1 don't works... (of course), because is local IP.
Thank you and I'm sorry by my poor english!

for helpdesk (inverse mode, customer SingleClick to helper)
helper had a NAT router, need open port 5500 and redirect then to your own local pc as 192.168.1.101 (example)
you need to subscribe to free DynamicDNS service provider at your side (helper)
