Trouble connecting to 2K3 Server, i know why but cant fix it

Hello all i have a small LAN here with a domain on a 2K3 server with about 5 clients on Win XP Pro. The problem is i can not connect locally from a client to the server if the screen on the server says

"This computer is in use and has been locked
Only "insert domain name"/"insert user name" or an administrator can unlock this computer
Press Ctrl-Alt-Del to unlock this computer"

Now if i unlock the computer by logging in to it and see the desktop i can connect to the sever from any client machine both inside and out of the network.

The problem lies when the server is left idle for a while it automatically locks itself how can i fix this problem.

you need to start winvnc as service system for use Ctrl+Alt+Del

don't forget to modifiy winvnc properties to apply to new winvnc started as service.
