UltraVnc server on a W2000 PC with ZoneAlarm Pro.
When ZA display a PopUp windows on the ultraVnc client the popu is displayed, the mouse pointer can select the buttons but yhe click or the imput from the keyboard (eg.: Alt-A or Enter) is not treated by the server.

I tried it, it works for Alt-Tab with scroll lock I get the tasks of the server and without it the tasks of the client, but for the ZoneAlarm popup is as before. It changes yhe shade of the buttons, but does not accept input click for a check box or a URL or the buttons and does not accept the keybord Alt-A or Alt-D that are accepted on the server console.
BTW the release of the UltraViewer is 1.0.1 August 6 2005 21:18:28 and the OS are both Windows 2000 with all updates installed.

Disable your graphic card hotkeys on your remote computer,
that would fix this issue !
Close the tools from systray icon of your graphic card would disable hotkeys
are shown on systray (near of clock bottom right)

I am having a similar problem, especially since I updated ZA to v6.x (OS monitoring version)
Whenever a ZA pop-up appears on the remote host, I cannot use the mouse on the viewer to make a selection. That is on the check box (remember selection), Allow or Deny buttons.
Like smartcino I can push the buttons on the alert dialogue but nothing happens.
What does turning off the Graphics card systray icon (hotkeys) have to do with not being able to use the mouse? I am not even using the keyboard at this stage.
