Two uvnc 1.0.1 version ?

Just a question because I realize that winvnc.exe and vncviewer.exe are bigger in the packaged release done on www.uvnc.com site than on the http://sc.uvnc.com/REL1.00/updates/.

Is there new modifications ?

You're looking at the REL 1.00 directory, not REL 1.01 (which doesn't exist as far as I can tell)

The new Rel1.01 are compiled with other settings --> bigger exe

rel100/updates
This where temp fixes reported after release 100.

The updates are absoluted, now we have placed rel1.01 online.
