It works when user is logged on...but not as service

Vnc keeps setting on user base and default settings.
Default settings are use when nobody is logged on, running
as service before user loggon.

This can have strange effects when you change the port or passwd only in the standard properties window.

After reboot, service still use old port and passwd, but as soon that user logon, port and passwd for that user are used.

To change default settings
winvnc.exe -defaultsettings

The best is to keep user and service(default) settings in sync.
For all non encoder settings.....
