hot key to do screen refresh?

Is there a way to setup a hotkey to do a screen refresh? For best visbility I run the app full screen without the toobar showing. If I want a refresh I have to press C-A-F9, click refresh, C-A-F9.

You can press Print Screen while you are in full screen mode to refresh the screen. Hope that helps - but it is still a little slow to refresh, even on a fast WAN.
