RealVNC 4 is ready... When will new features be inserted into UltraVNC? Or UltraVNC will remain based on 3.3.7 source?
Thanks
Davide

UltraVNC 1.0.0.18 versus RealVNC 4.0.0.26
on WinXP Pro SP2 build RC 2149
UltraVNC is very nice,but
What are the differences between UltraVNC 1.0.RC18 and RealVNC 4.0.0.26 ?
it is possible to migrate winvnc 3.3.7 from ultravnc folder to winvnc 4.0 on folder ultravnc for some advantage ?
if yes, how to ?
if no, no cry !

I like Ultra VNC better because there are more options for the compression. When I want to access my computer to look at my picture files, I want the pictures to look good, under Ultra I can dynamically change the connection settings so it looks just as good as if I was there. Then when I'm done with pictures, or if I'm on a slower connection I can switch to a lower resolution mode where things are more smooth.
UltraVNC also has better security with the encryption plugin, and it supports file transfer.

Things needed for UltraVnc
I agree with whoever requested multi-monitor support. The only reason I don't use Ultravnc is that it has no multi monitor support. RealVnc and TightVnc both have multi monitor support. I like the file transfer part of ultravnc but I MUST have multi-monitor support or I can't use it.
