I has installed the Ultra VNC v1.0.0 RC18, but connected with black screen, cannot see any thing in it, only top menu to exit the VNC.
Any one has this experience and fixed.
Pls. let me know.

In my experience, the remote machine (usually an XP box) could be logged in, could be at the logon banner, it does not seem to matter. Upon successful connection the VNC display is black, no image. Just the VNC toolbar at the top.
I've connected via Remote Desktop/Terminal Services on the same machine and watched the activity in the VNC session come to life as the Terminal session logged in.
This is essentially the jist of the problem.
