help with remote assistance for group of friends

hi peeps, i've got my self a web server running in a dmz on my lan and i want to be able to give my friends & family + other users on my lan a copy of sc with custom setup to connect to my repeater so i can help fix things remote rather than saturday morning..

but im not sure what to get it all working.. i've got ultr@vnc installed on my server as i use it for remote control to fix it, and i've got the repeater server downloaded and running on it, i've created a sc version and am running that on a pc on my lan but i dont seam to be able to connect to it from my machine? i might be doing something wrong with my viewer or i could have miss understood the options for the helpdesk.txt file im just not sure..

the only thing i can say is that the repeater reports unable to connect to des host errno=10060

it would be great to get this sorted, so if someone could spear some time to help that would be great.. thanks..
