Will you be able to have multiple people be able to connect to one computer?

Yes -

Multi Viewer connections - click radio button DONT DISCONNECT EXISTING CONNECTIONS.

IF you dont want them to touch your mouse / Keyboard - check under Input FORCE VIEW ONLY.
