We've been thrilled by SC. It's a fantastic tool and the complied version we have now has worked at dozens of systems, except two, both on the same person's desk. When they try to connect they get "No Vnc Server Selected" as an error. Every other PC in their office works great, just these 2. This guy has UVNC RC20.3 installed (he had RC18 but this build of SC is 20.3 so I had him upgrade to no avail). He's on XP Pro SP2 just like the other systems. I put a screen shot of the error at http://www.terabyte.net/errors/vnc-error.jpg .
Anyone have a clue why this would generate this error on just 2 machines, both used by the same person, but no other system in their office has this problem? BTW, they all go out through the same T1 connection on the same network and all the systems are members of the same domain. We've even tried a domain admin username/pwd but that made no difference.

The user need to click at the line with text

If you click at ......(blank) ->(No server selected)
It is just an error from the menu, that tell you need to click at a server
Helpdesk1 or Helpdesk2 and not somewhere on the background.
Same person, same manipulation mis understanding ???
