UltraVNC Viewer Won't Save Passwords in .VNC Files

I know once you're logged into a VNC server with UltraVNC you can specify "Save connection info as", then it asks you:

Do you want to save this password in this file.

I choose yes, but the password is never saved. I open the .vnc file with Notepad and Password is "0000000000000000".

Why is it doing this? Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong. Have the latest stable UltraVNC Viewer 1.6.4.0. Please advise.

P.S. If it can't save the password, shouldn't it tell you why?
