Send custom text as simulated keyboard input

Post by ultimo »

UltraVNC has the feature "Send Custom key", which is great for posting single special characters, however it is not suitable if you want to send a small text of e.g. 10-20 characters (e.g. a password).

For doing so it would be great having a similar function that takes a text and sends it as simulated keyboard input to the VNC server. That way it would work in situations (or systems) where clipboard functionality is not available. Optionally the delay between the keypresses may be configurable in the dialog where the text can be input.
