UltraVNC Red Box outline Dissapearing

Hi I've just recently installed UltraVNC onto a couple desktops of ours to test and its working perfectly. However we have an Issue when we are remoted onto a users desktop if we get prompted to put admin credentials in or if the user signs into the device or signs out the Red outline boxes disappears.

I'm currently Running this on Windows 11 Education 24H2 if I'm doing something wrong please point me into the right direction.

For Context we need the red outline to make sure that our users know that we are remoted onto their machine, due to other settings from intune we are unable to remove the background wallpaper as one of our settings takes over that setting.
