Deploy UltraVNC and permit access to AD user access

I wish to deploy UltraVNC via group policy using script file where I'd like to allow access to some AD user group (via GUI there is the security menu where to choose 'Group or user names'. Is there way to set these user groups via script as parameter? or in ini file ?
