Can't log into my laptop from desktop

Hi there,

So my geek friend recommend this software a couple of years ago & it worked fine & now all of a sudden no matter what I do, it won't log me in.

At first the view p/w worked, but when I tried the access p/w it wouldn't log me in.

I keep getting authentication denied or rejected & then sometimes it won't even give me the p/w field to put a p/w in.

I even updated the software on the laptop & now I can't even view.

I just got in. Why, we have NO IDEA & I still can't X out of a Chrome tab so it's not working.

I ran into same issue with newest version (1.3.4.2)
After a few hours of frustration i tried older one i have installed on other machine (1.2.4.0) and its works as expected without any issue.
So, try downgrading, but keep it mind that it might be a security concern/
