Auto Encoder issue
Auto Encoder issue
I believe there is a bug related to the auto selection of the encoder with the Viewer. We have a couple of people reporting a grey screen and having to reconnect to get a video feed of a remote pc. When a grey screen is showing, clicking on the info button in the ribbon shows no encoder:
