Hi, I wanted to save the passphrase I use to (successfully) login to my PC in the VNC file, so I don't have to enter it every time I want to connect.
I can see an entry for "password=..." in the vnc file, which looks like a hex encoded 8char-string, that cannot hold the entropy of the passphrase...
When I use the created .vnc file, the server rejects me.
Have I found a bug?
Is that feature (save passphrase in .vnc file) not supported at all?
Can I do something to make it work? (it = no longer have to enter the encryption passphrase but still using it the encrypted connection)
Best regards and have great Christmas days!
