Network connection fail

Hi! I'm new with ultravnc. It seems UVNC only works if PC server and PC viewer are under the same network connection. It's obvious that I'm doing something wrong. Can anybody help me, pls?
I got latest version (downloaded last week).

I am having the same problem. I can't connect when server and viewer are on different networks. Please help.
