extremely slow data streaming

an other observation is that some UNVC servers send there display data EXTREMELY slow though the network connection is normally fast... the rects in which the screen is divided appear in minutes interval which is extremly annoying. Is there any hint how the data streaming could be accelerated (Server and Client are Windows 10 64-bit with 1.3.8.1 UNVC). Thanks in advance for the solving hint
