VNC server cursor (mouse pointer) blinking
VNC server cursor (mouse pointer) blinking
I've got VNC version 1.2.2.4 installed on WIN7 .It's working fine, but on the server screen when a client is connected to the server, the server's mouse pointer starts to blink (seems some times to disappear) instead of appearing as a solid continuos mouse pointer cursor. Can this behaviour change to the normal mouse pointer?

Win7, i know.
That's some site effect of the capturing.
Win7 use layers and you need to swicth some internal option to be able to capture all layers.
When i remember correct, delecting the server option capture alpha blending stops it, but then not everything is captured.

Re: VNC server cursor (mouse pointer) blinking
It seems no longer to exist.
This is an old version that has it available,
https://support1.uvnc.com/download/1190/
Older versions sometimes behave better on old OS's.
Please test

Re: VNC server cursor (mouse pointer) blinking
For windows 7 there was the mirror driver that makes it fly.
But this put the video driver in basic mode, no fancy screen switches etc..
Of it's usefull or not depend on what you want to share.
Driver is in the addons
Tot download, full link is needed you can not click in the folder lisiting
