How to blank the screen on windows 10

Hi,
I have installed UltraVnc version 1.3.8.1 on Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 10.0.17763 N/A Build 17763. I can't get the blanking screen to work.
I Don't see the option Enable Alpha-Blending Screen Blanking in the UltraVnc Admin properties. I have created background.bmp picture and put it in the ultravnc but nothing happens. Can you please tell me how to activate it?

Screenblanking is back working in windows 10 but require a function Introduced in Windows 10 Version 2004.

You need to be able to exclude a window layer in capturing, removed in the OS from windows 8 to 10 Version 2004.

Thank you for your answer. When I run the UltraVNC server Property page, I see under Enable Blank Monitor on Viewer request
require Min Win 10 build 19041. This probably means that the windows 10 that the Ultra server is running on does not support this function?
How can exclude a window layer in capturing to get this function to work on UltraVnc?

Windows 10 May 2020 Update 1 (also known as version 2004 and codenamed "20H1")carries the build number 10.0.19041.
Just to make it easy for us.

It wil not work when not supported by the OS, sorry
