but I think that ultravnc dialogs and controls in dialog are a bit small for their content: what about giving them a bit more space 
?Also I think that the option dialog is too big, it could be splitted in 2 different dialogs: one for connection-related settings (format and encoding) and another with advanced settings (display, misc, mouse buttons and mouse cursors).
I've posted a screenshot of how i've changed the dialogs on my site (http://scripters.altervista.org/screenshot.JPG) (the texts of the dialogs are in italian but they're not difficult to understand :p ). Maybe somebody will find those changes interesting
