Very annoying bug on new laptops

i have the come of that issues, with v1.3.8.1 on Lenovo laptop and windows 10 21H2.
when connected on the laptop and open a program, the windows start minimized and can't see it, clicking on the application bar start nothing.
only when i disconnect the program windows pop out.
but there are also some other performance issues (software stuck or slow down), very annoying.
