Both SC and viewer behind NAT

Just created my first SC binary, but not sure about network scenario:

SC will be downloaded usually by people behind NAT. Service person which will be connecting to SC instance will be also behind the NAT. Have one server machine with public IP address (this address was entered into helpdesk.txt).

My question is: How to set-up UVNC in the server to properly "interconnect" SC and viewer sessions? Reading documentation, but still not sure if there should be repeater on the server or something else....
