uVNC Remote Control

Post by OldNESJunkie »

Just announcing here my little aid I wrote for work originally. It's called uVNC Remote Control. Basically you put in a computer name, it copies the server to the remote computer and starts it with a randomly generated password, then launches the viewer to connect.
It uses uVNC, ADFind, and PAExec (redistributable version of PSExec). You must be an admin on the computer you are trying to connect to. Only tested within a corporate domain environment as that was what it was intended for. It is a 64-bit application, but can connect to either 32 or 64 bit systems, it checks the OS type and copies the appropriate version before connecting. It also removes uVNC from the remote computer when it disconnects, leaving no footprint. Basically a GenControl replacement.
It can import computers from an AD Domain with their associated descriptions, only enabled accounts, no domain controllers or server operating systems.
