Frequent disconnections

Hi, I've just begun using uVNC and I'm getting frequent connection drops. Both PCs are on the same LAN so there shouldn't be any great connectivity issues.

I've also tried to enable using private keys for the connection but my viewer keeps asking me for the server password when I connect. I note that in the viewer program options, the "Config encryption plugins" is greyed out despite Use Encryption being ticked.
