Need help with UltraVNC viewer ASAP

OK, let me start out by saying I'm extremely new to the viewer. So, I then logged in successfully, opened up what I will call a GUI window to an AIX server with zero problems. Unbeknownced to me, I thought that I was a different user and my usual way to get out from that user and back to the starting user is to type the work exit and press enter. When I id that, i closed my GUI window leaving me in the grey background window where the GUI window used to live. What's the problem now? Every time I go to open that background window, it just opens up with the grey background, but I cannot find a way to get a new GUI window open! HELP me please as I need to work ASAP.

There does not appear to be any way to "open a new GUI window" anywhere. If there is one, please point out how to get there from that window. Every time I double click the window for that server, it just opens up with a grey background.
