Windows Versions 2000 and Win10

Hello Forum,

I'm not a UVNC user at present. Quick question, can I:
Install Viewer / Client on a Windows 10 PC and the Server on a Windows 2000 PC?

I currently access my Windows 2000 PC with a KVM setup, I'd rather have a local Windows 10 PC and connect to the Windows 2000 machine using software. I can't RDP, my Windows 2000 version doesn't support terminal services.

You need an older version, one that support w2k, (1212) was the latest for w2k.

Hello,

I am trying to use the ultravnc (last version) in order to get access to Windows 2000. The UltraVNC web page says that it is necessary to install the w2k.exe. Do you know where it is possible to get it with confidence (I mean a trusted site)? I found the following link:https://download.cnet.com/w2k-exe/3000- ... 63466.html; however, I think that it is not a trusted site.

Hello. I am a little confused. I do not know if the w2k.exe has to be installed on windows 2000 or if the ultravnc has to have it embedded. I read that the last version of ultravnc with w2k was the 1.2.2, so I do not know if the last version of ultravnc can work with windows 2000 (Installing the w2k on windows 2000) or not.

This is the latest exe made

I can't remember if the installer checked the OS, best replace exe after install.
1) run setup
http://www.uvnc.eu/download/1215/UltraV ... _Setup.exe
2) replace winvnc and vncviewer with the w2k exe from the zip
