kein Dateitransfer W10 zu W10

Hallo,
habe bisher nur unter W7 mit UVNC gearbeitet. Nun Wechsel auf W10X64 V1903 und es ist im Viewer keine Mausaktivität möglich und auch kein Datentransfer! nur passiv das fenster des remote anschaubar.
Es erscheint die Fehlermeldung beim Aufruf des Datentransfer:
Warning Filetransfer is disabeld on remote Maschine bzw FTP denied on the server: disabeld or unknown user or incompatibility
Es ist sichergestellt, dass nach Install der V UltraVNC_1_2_24_X64_Setup die richtigen und verschiedenen PW und der FTP eingestellt wurde und auch ein Neustart erfolgt ist.
Von W10 auf W7 Maschine ist FTP möglich, umgekehrt nicht.
Was muss ich evtl. in W10 noch sonst einstellen.
