UltraVNC Viewer 1.2.2.4 Failer to connect to server error

Hi All,

This is Krishna. I'm using one of your application UltraVNC Viewer(1.2.2.4). While I launch the application its asking about the VNC Server information. I gave my another windows 10 x64 bit server IP Information. While I try to connect with that windows 10 x64 bit remote desktop it showing the error Failed to connect the server message box.

Can you please some one help me with this how can I resolve this issue?
