Can not use the blank screen function on windows 10

Hi guys.

I'm currently running version 1.2.2.4.

Yesterday I tested everything was working fine on both server and client.
But today when I open my Ultra VNC viewer again, I can't see the "Toggle Remote Input and Remote Blank Monitor" button anymore.
I didn't change any configuration on my server and I checked the the "Enable Blank Monitor on Viewer Request" box is checked.
Last time when I had the same issue I reinstall the software and fixed it, but a reinstallation is not working for me this time.

It's a wonderful VNC I'd say, but can someone help me with this issue please, thanks a lot.

When de button is gone then you connect to a non ultravnc server or some old version.
Are you sure you don't have 2 versions running.

Thanks for the reply, it helped me solved the problem.
I found a tightvnc server is running in the windows Task manager, I uninstalled it on the server machine and connected to it again, everything works fine now. Cheers.
