Scroll Lock key

Hi,
I use uvnc for accessing my vm's daily. However, since most of them are of the linux variety, I find myself entering ctrl-alt-t to invoke the terminal program rather frequently. I use uvnc's scrollock key to allow a sequence such as ctrl-alt-t to be transmitted to the remote desktop. My problem is that I often forget to press scroll lock before pressing the other keys.

So, the question is, is there a way to set this permanently in the options.vnc file so that when uvnc is running, it's always enabled?
I know, I'm lazy... but still...
