Obtainning SC

I have seen everyone talking about the new SC.
Ouw Company is very interested in usisng it for tech support. However I can find anywhere to get it. I downloaded the RC20 and thought that it was there, however I cant find it.

I also entered to www.uvnc.com and the page is not working correctly. at first there was an option to create an user, now that option does not exist. and when I go to the CREATOR of SC. it asks for a username... I used the one I created when the Create user existed and it says Invalid User.

We use VNC a lot, but as you can see we need a step by step instructions to use it.
