Mouse cursor latency in Viewer 1.2.2.1

Running my first install of Viewer 1.2.2.1 connected to a LAN install of Server 1.2.2.1, all remote control functions seem to be working but have one query,
there is a slight latency to the mouse cursor movement in Viewer, can this be adjusted away?

The viewer options has two methods to show the cursor.
handle local / remote
Does the settings make a difference.

Tried the let remote server deal with mouse cursor and lost all mouse functionality.

Reset to default track remote cursor locally and still have no remote mouse cursor or any functionality.

Please advise.

Reinstalled UVNC server and it's now working properly again, somewhat disappointing from what's supposed to be a mature piece of software...
