how to control the registry Ultravnc 1.2.1.6

Dear Colleagues,
I use Ultravnc 1.2.1.6 for a bunch of clients in our network, because this version is great when you use dual screens.
I have this situation: 1 Domain and one Workgroup. Ultravnc and Teamviewer is used for remoteaccess only.
In normal situation the employees have to tell me the access code or they have to accept incoming connections in VNC because I don´t wont to monitor their work without permision.
But sometimes I need access to their PCs, when they are not working. So who can I trigger the settings "Query on incoming connections" from Refuse (Standard) to Accept?
I have a VPN connection between those networks.
Is there a remote command or a regestry code which could make those changes forwards and rewerse after my changes?
I coudn´t find any registry settings.

Perhaps this Parameter does what you want

QueryIfNoLogon=0
Disable/enable query settings when no user is logged.

If the user is logged on, but has his screensaver on you normal can't get access as "QueryIfNoLogon" find a logged user.
to overwrite this set QueryAccept=2 and QueryIfNoLogon=0 -> no messagebox when screen is locked.
